Or at least this is how I felt after losing my first five :)

June 26th

  • oatmeal with bananas
  • cereal
  • baked chicken breast wrapped in tuna with avocado and queso fresco
  • an order of tacos for Jack in the Box
  • 1/2 a Fiber one blueberry muffin

Exercise:

  • 2 mile walk with Anth
  • 40 mins tae bo
  • 30DS

June 25th

Food:

  • cereal
  • chicken
  • 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich
  • 1 corn tortilla with slice of queso fresco and 1 slice of avocado.

Exercise:

  • 1 mile jog with Anthony

June 24th! First day official day back on track.

food:

  • 1 egg + 2 eggwhites , scrambled sprinkled a little cheddar cheese
  • chicken and olives
  • 2 corn tortillas with melted queso fresco and a slice of avocado
  • 2 dove chocolate pieces (yumm)

Exercise:

  • 30 mins of Tae Bo (my first day doing this, it was AWESOME!)

June 9th 2012

food:

  • cereal
  • chicken burger
  • brisket (baby shower)

exercise:

  • Cut my mom’s back yard with a push lawn mower. Her back yard is HUGE. Tell me that is not a work out lol.

June 8th 2012

food:

  • grilled cheese sandwich
  • honey nut cheerios
  • white rice, chicken and veggies

Exercise 

*2 mile jog
